Rossotrudnichestvo has initiated the first systematic analysis of the delayed consequences of NATO aggression against Yugoslavia for modern Serbia. This was announced on August 30 at the House of the Russian Historical Society by the Head of the Russian House in Belgrade, Yevgeny Baranov. “We insist on conducting interdisciplinary scientific research, not propaganda. I would like to involve leading scientific institutes in this project and make a presentation on March 24 next year”, he added.
In turn, the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Yevgeny Primakov, at a round table on the anniversary of the beginning of the tragic events, noted that no moral conclusions were made after the strikes on Yugoslavia. “Immorally immoral conclusions were made, which say that the right of the strong wins”, he said. Primakov also added that they are trying to lead Russia along the same path as the Serbs: “Through demonization, through the abolition of Serbia as such, when the Serbs were appointed a criminal people with collective guilt. They are trying to do the same with us now”.
Also, the exhibition “War Crimes of NATO countries in the territory of the former Yugoslavia” was opened in the House of the Russian Historical Society. The exposition was prepared by the Foundation for the Study of Problems of Democracy.
