On August 28 and 29 in Kazan, participants of the New Generation program discussed the role of traditional values in the upbringing of children and youth in the modern world. Young specialists from Iran, Egypt, Pakistan, Lebanon, Yemen, Morocco and other countries took part in the global youth summit.
The delegates shared their experience with each other, including continuous support of the younger generation at all stages of its formation: from school to employment. Among the best practices were the involvement of young people in volunteer initiatives and acquaintance with different cultures and faiths. They also discussed exchange programs, the creation of joint school initiatives and twin schools that will promote international youth interaction.
According to the participant of the “New Generation” program Dauren Bekgozhayev from Kazakhstan, the forum was also useful because the delegates were able to get acquainted with the cultures of other countries.
