A team of doctors from Russia and Serbia have begun their mission in the Balkans. The team is headed by Viktor Belinsky, an Honored Doctor of Russia, a medic of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist. The team will visit more than 10 settlements in the city of Srbac, where it will provide free medical care to everyone in need.
Doctors have already conducted more than 70 examinations and targeted visits to patients at home. There is still a week of work ahead in the remote villages of Bosnia and Herzegovina. RHM also handed over a gasoline generator to the municipality of Srbac, as the region experiences frequent power outages, especially during the summer drought and fires.
