A series of reports dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Russian revolution took place in Vienna

On June 13, at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Vienna, Elizabeth Haresh, Austrian historian, publicist, translator and author of books on the history of Russia, completed a series of reports dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution.

Among the themes of the reports were «Europe and the Russian Revolution» "The United States and the Russian Revolution», «100 years after abdication. Nicholas II and Wilhelm» and «"Everything possible but not war!": the efforts of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II to preserve peace». All the reports aroused great interest among listeners. Dr. E.Heresh’s presentations, based on documents from Russian and foreign archives, attracted much attention and generated lively discussions between of scientists, artists, students and other interested listeners attending her lectures.

The presentations were streamed live on the channel of the Russian Center for Science and Culture on Youtube and on the Internet page of the center. The video will also be recorded on disks for further distribution in the German-language media.
